Monday to Sunday 24 hours
Excel Laboratory is Thane's first and only Specialty Immunoassay laboratory open 24 hrs from Monday to Saturday and half day on Sunday. Samples are accepted and processed all through the night and we do not levy any extra charges for such emergency samples. Most of the reports can be collected the same day anytime after 5:30 PM , but some may take 2-3 days (like Microbiology culture samples).

Home visit available with prior appointment (charges as applicable)
We also provide facility of home visit for blood collection by our phlebotomist. This facility is for all patients who are advised complete bed rest, are too unwell to move, old and the infirm or pregnant ladies. You can call up and fix up the appointment for a home collection visit at least 12-24 hrs prior. There will be nominal visit charge for this service.

E-mail & SMS facility of reports to patients and doctors
We can also e-mail or SMS the reports to the patients or doctors.
You can just submit your E-mail ID with the customer support staff or receptionist. On completion of all tests and billing the reports shall be e-mailed to you and/or to your doctor. An SMS will also be sent to you when all your reports are ready.

Special discounts for senior citizens
We have an association with the Dignity Foundation where we are offering a special discount to all the members. This special discount is also offered to all senior citizens of Thane.
Also patients who register with us on the website will also get special discounts on every visit to the laboratory.
